Created the logo for RightNow, a distribution platform for on-demand digital entertainment, providing retailers and content owners a true end-to-end solution for securely and efficiently delivering premium entertainment – movies, music, games, and user generated digital content to consumers in virtually any format.

After completing the identity design for RightNow I updated their marketing materials. This included designing a data sheet based on existing website content, designing several infographics, and writing a white paper about on-demand distribution and social media.

As the Creative Director, I helped define the style and tone of the Cartfly blog and Twitter feed. This content is geared primarily towards independent musicians, artists and home-office businesses. I edited and contributed posts that showcased Cartfly merchants who embrace the synergy of social media, and gave advice for those new to ecommerce. I mentored the Customer Advocacy Specialist to become the lead contributor and owner of the blog and Twitter feed.
